By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

You told me to ask you if I needed help, so here I am. It's not that I'm having problems finding my way around, because I can usually decipher my way through all the wierd stuff on this site, but it just seems like everything takes so long to do. I can't just scroll through someone's gallery, I have to go back to their page every time I want to see a different picture. Plus, everything loads slowly around here. Is there an easier way to do this, or am I just going to have to deal with it?
Things do tend to load slowly on DA, considering the immense amount of images on the site. However, it may be your internet service or provider.
About going through someone's gallery - you shouldn't have to go back to their page, just back to their gallery. There is no 'next' or 'previous' buttons on site. But as far as image-loading, full viewing usually helps. I knwo for myself, every half hour or so I opena new browser and go back to the page.
It also may depend on who's page and work you're looking at. For awhile, some of us would be fine on DA until we went to `missmisery's page, and we coudln't see her work and thereafter on that web browser, couldnt see anyone else's either. I figured out a way aroudn this, though. Just copy and paste the address in the adress bar into a brand new browser and the image will appear almost instantly . . . [like magic! ]
